Course Outcomes: On successful completion of the course, the student will be able to prepare cost estimation of development plans, programs and projects along with cost benefit analysis.

- Methods of estimating the cost of development plans and individual projects and means of financing
- Effect of affordability on the densities and space standards.
- Capital improvement programming. Internal rate of return and cost Benefit Analysis
- Time value of money, compounding and discounting measures of project worth. Preparation of development budgets and planning project evaluation.
