Course Outcomes: On successful completion of the course, the student will be able to prepare cost estimation of development plans, programs and projects along with cost benefit analysis.

  1. Methods of estimating the cost of development plans and individual projects and means of financing
  2. Effect of affordability on the densities and space standards.
  3. Capital improvement programming. Internal rate of return and cost Benefit Analysis
  4. Time value of money, compounding and discounting measures of project worth. Preparation of development budgets and planning project evaluation.
