Introduction, purpose and product of research, different models of research process


Research Ethics

Participants rights, responsibilities of an ethical researcher, evaluating research ethics, internet research and ethics


Research strategies

Literature review, surveys, design and creation, experiments, case studies, action research, Ethnography


Data generation methods

Interviews, observation, questionnaires, documentation


Qualitative data analysis

Textual data analysis, grounded theory, computer-aided qualitative analysis, evaluating qualitative data analysis


Quantitative data analysis

Defining quantitative data, data coding, statistics for quantitative data analysis, interpretation of data analysis results, evaluating quantitative data analysis


Philosophical paradigms

Positivism, interpretivism, critical research, research strategies and philosophical paradigms
